What happens after the trial?

Can I switch between monthly and annual later?

Yes — from the billing portal, in two clicks. Annual gets a prorated credit if you switch mid-cycle.

Do you charge per employee?

No. Add as many employees as you need. Vagaro, Square, and Acuity all charge per staff — we don't.

What about refunds?

Cancel any time during the trial and you're not charged. After billing starts, we'll pro-rate a refund if you cancel within 14 days.
