After logging in, go to Preferences in the sidebar to configure your business hours, booking link (slug), and availability settings.
Your public booking page lives at yourdomain.com/book/your-slug. Share it with clients via email, Instagram bio, or your website.
Go to Employees in the sidebar. Click Add member, enter their name and choose a colour. Employees appear in your calendar and clients can pick a preferred team member at booking.
Navigate to Services. You can create services with a name, description, duration, and price. Services marked inactive are hidden from your public booking page.
The Calendar shows your whole week colour-coded by team member. Use the staff filter pills to highlight one person's appointments, and switch to Day view to manage a single day in detail.
Open the Day view, navigate to the day, and click a slot. In the side panel you can toggle a block for that employee on that slot. Drag across multiple slots to block several at once.
BookEasy checks for overlapping appointments when a booking is submitted. If a conflict is detected, the booking is rejected and a message explains what's clashing — no double bookings will slip through.
Not yet — client self-service cancellation is on our roadmap. For now, manage appointment status (confirm, cancel) from the Dashboard.
Go to Profile (top-right dropdown) and use the change password form. You can also use the Forgot password flow from the login page.
BookEasy starts with a 30-day free trial. Manage your plan from the Billing page, or reach out via the Support → Feedback menu if you have questions.
Use the Support menu in the top bar to send us a Feature request or Feedback — it lands directly in our inbox. Or log in to access support options.
